This website, the Warp Brief show, its name, logo and artwork, the host’s name and likeness, and all original video, audio and text are © Orph Labs AI, Inc. All rights reserved.

Warp Brief™, HipBits™ and their logos are trademarks of Orph Labs AI, Inc. and may not be used without permission. HipBits is a product of Orph Labs AI, Inc., and Warp Brief is a HipBits show.

Third-party trademarks

Movie, series, comic and book titles, characters, logos and artwork covered on Warp Brief are the property of their respective owners, including the studios, streamers, publishers and authors behind them. Warp Brief is an independent publication and has not been authorized, sponsored, or otherwise approved by any of them. Naming a title is news reporting and commentary, not an endorsement.

Commentary, news reporting and fair use

Warp Brief reports on and comments about third-party movies, series, comics and books. Where the show uses clips, stills or quotations, it uses small portions for news reporting, commentary, criticism and review, which we believe is fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107.

If you hold the rights to something we used and want it removed, send a request through our contact form (choose Legal) with the page or episode, the material, and why you are asking. We review every request and take material down where it is warranted.

Rumors and accuracy

Rumors and leaks are labelled as unconfirmed, and every rumor card says so. Release dates change; we use the date the studio, streamer or publisher has announced. Warp Brief is for entertainment and information. It may be wrong or out of date, and it is not professional or purchasing advice. The site and the show are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

AI disclosure

The host, Ezra Kane, is an AI-generated character, not a real person. His face, voice and photos are synthetic. Scripts are written and fact-checked by the production team, and AI tools are used to produce the video and voice.

Privacy

Contact form and tips. The contact form asks what your message is about (partnerships, legal or a tip) and for your message. Partnership and legal messages also ask for your name and email, and optionally a company and a link. Tips ask for a one-line headline, at least one source link and the details; your name and email are optional, and a tip sent without them arrives as “Anonymous”. When you send a tip, our server visits each source link once to check that the page exists. We store each message in our database (hosted by Supabase) together with the address of the page you sent it from, and email it to the HipBits team at info@orphmedia.com through Resend, our email provider. We use your name and email only to reply to you, and we never publish who sent a tip.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and episodes people watch. It sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, which Google processes for us.

Video and social. Episodes and Shorts play in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may store information on your device once you play a video, under Google’s privacy policy. When the site shows our latest Instagram posts, those images and videos load from Meta’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.

Poll. Your vote is saved only in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent to us.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data such as your IP address to serve pages and keep the site secure. There are no ads on this site.

We do not sell or rent personal information. To see or delete a message or tip you sent, use the contact form, choose Legal and Privacy, and tell us the email you used or roughly when you sent it. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Terms of use

You are welcome to watch, read and share links to Warp Brief for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t scrape the site, re-upload or redistribute our videos, artwork or text, or present our content or host as your own or as endorsing anything. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference and are not endorsements. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these terms and this page at any time; the date below shows the latest version.

Contact and takedown notices (DMCA)

Send questions, privacy requests and copyright notices through our contact form (choose Legal). A copyright takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) must include:

  • your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorized to act for the owner;
  • the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  • the material you want removed, with enough detail to find it (the page or episode URL and, for video, the timestamp);
  • your contact information: address, phone number and email;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
